Rosie (Chati Singh) came to America for the first time when she was 17 years old. In her growing-up years and married life, she lived in India, Colombia and the United States. She says, “Who would have thought that we would end up in Goshen? Not I, that’s for sure.” Rosie and her husband (Gurpreet Singh) have been blessed and successful running businesses and now an Indian restaurant. We know Rosie because of the Maple Indian Cuisine.
